1. Orders will be shipped out upon payment has been received.
There are many ways to make payment to us fast and instant.
Moneybookers payments are instant after you have verified your account. Although there are fee too be bear but it is a good payment method when it comes to speed.
Direct Bank Deposit for Australia is instant. This is a free service but the trouble to go to the bank is something to consider..
Maintaining an advance deposit with us is instant.
Wire Transfer will take 1-3 working days. but it is normally used to send us advance deposit.
2. It takes 48 Hours during weekdays to process your orders.
Dropshipper Networks takes time to process orders. It is quite normal for any dropshipper to take such time. There are so many orders for dropship to be processed in a day. And the process are not an easy task. Please observe our local working hours as stated:
Sourcing and Gathering of Products a. All orders from yesterday (Day 1 - 12 noon) till today (Day 1 - 12 noon) will be process starting from today. They are all batch together in order summary. An email is sent to the wholesale department (warehouse) to take orders. Making sure of all payments have been make my resellers.
b. Since all orders are different in nature. The warehouse department will take time to make sure that all stocks are ready to the dropship department by tomorrow morning (Day 2 - 9 am). Any stocks that are not in the warehouse will be place orders with alternative suppliers by (Day 1 - 2 pm). All stocks will normally come in by evening (Day 1 - 6 pm).
c. Someone will check all the electronics to be working such as power up the phone, check signal, check language is English as default, check all accessories are included and so on. In Most cases, a lot of them work till late office hours. (Day 1 - 8 pm)
If there are shortage of stocks in the market and the late arrival of stocks. We will take another day to fulfill the order before sending it to the Dropship Department. (+ 1 or 2 Days).
Reasons behind:
- Dropshipper Network do not practices pilling up of Stock as prices of electronics almost changes every day. Therefore it is a norm to keep sufficient stocks for 1-2 days in advance only. This is to ensure that all resellers will enjoy the best price they are getting. - All products are sold out and new supplies will only arrive a few days time. This is because our wholesale warehouse is located in Singapore. Moving of large stocks takes 2-4 days. - Most of the time, a single color is made available to the market only. If a selected color is not available, it may takes days to hunt for the color requested. Or look for an alternative supplies.
Checking and Packing of Products d. The next day, once all orders are in the truck (Day 2 - 9 am), they are moved to the dropship office to process and pack them. Your orders are normally batched together with all other resellers’ order and taken from our wholesale department (warehouse) as they are like 2 different places. We only do it once as it needs a truck to move them.
e. Once your order is in the dropship department (Day 2 - 9 am), there are a lot of people working to pack the orders. Your orders are process one at a time. This include very customized options such as AU charger, memory cards, accessories.
Shipment of Products f. Airway bills and invoices are created during the process as well and a tracking number is registered to be send to resellers.
g. Once all packing are done, Fedex will be picking up your orders during evening (Day 2 - 6.30pm). And your orders will be leaving for the delivery destinations (Day 2 - 10.00pm)
By observing our cut off time and working hours, a reseller can normally take advantage of a few days save on shipping on planning their orders and payment to us.
It is not an easy task to make sure so many things are in order before shipping out. We do appreciate resellers to know not an easy task to coordinate such process.
Please take note that all orders coming in on Friday will only be shipped out on Monday. And we do not process order during weekends and any public holidays in Asia.
3. Customised Orders and Special Request.
Any customised request out of our normal “options” list in our ordering system such as:
Are subject to longer turnaround time of up to 4 working days (96 hours). We have notice that there are a lot of resellers over promised their customers and it has been taking a toll on our operation to be efficient. Such request have created additional manpower to handle and taking note of it. Each request may be be subjected to a US$5.00 additional fee added to your orders. Therefore we can assign someone to take care of such request.
Please make clear of such options to your customers to avoid any delays.
4. Reserve or Buy First before You Sell.
Once a product is reserved, we can get the product out ready and faster
5. Out of Delivery Area (ODA) Shipment.
Please take note that any orders going to remote area that are not service by Fedex is called Out of Delivery Area. Major cities in the countries are normally serviced by Fedex except remote area (define by Fedex as Out of Delivery Area). They are generally more expensive to delivery using Fedex. Shipping cost may be as expensive as double the standard shipping rates quote.
Alternatively, we will use EMS (Express Mail Service) to ship the orders. It is managed by respective countries postal system. It comes with online tracking as well. But will takes slightly more days to reach customers. Expect some 5 working day of deliver time.
6. Custom Clearance.
There are countries that have strict custom clearance and every country practices difference method of clearance. It is advisable that all resellers have take note of the local custom regulation to ensure smooth clearance of their orders.
Dropshipper Network takes no responsibility of delay, clearance, import duties, and regulations of each order.
Certain countries may take up to 1-3 days of clearance by the custom.
Import duties are responsibility of a buyer in all respective countries buying them. A return of goods by refusal to pay import duty by the resellers’ buyer may incurred certain custom agency fee. Failure to paid any agency fee and import duty may result in confiscation and forfeit of products to the local custom of respective countries.
Declaration requested by resellers or customers are responsibility of consequence of the resellers and buyers.
