We do notice that some customers wanted a refund after browsing our website. Please take note that No Question Ask Refund are strictly within 36 hours *.

Why you need a refund? And before you ask for it, please read the following. Are these the reasons of your refunds?

Prices of your products in Dropshipper Network are not good?

When making a comparison of prices, please take note that Dropshipper Network provide you with a large selections of stocks that you can buy in single quantity. Everyone knows that no one can provide the best price unless you are the manufacturer of the product itself.

There are many reason to this issue and Why?

If you see an item that is cheaper does not mean that we are not competitive. There is a free market out there determine by free trade. So in summary you can say all my prices are not good if you do not do enough research. It does not mean that only the best price is provided by Dropshipper Network then it is fair. Our prices are based on what are sold in the wholesale market with all genuine stocks that comes with invoices and reliable suppliers.

1. Stocks that are cheaper, may be a fraud in ebay.
2. Stolen Goods.
3. Fine print with special condition to it such as (no warranty).
4. Rejected Products.
5. High Shipping Charges (products may be sold at cost but they are earning back from Shipping Charges)
6. Refurbished Products that are sold as Brand New in Box.
7. Unwanted Gift.
8. Wholesale Stock - when you buy them in bulk, you will get better discount and you are able to sell them cheaper.
9. Buying stocks at different timing.

The above are simple reasoning of prices to be lower.

Dropshipper Network is a solution provided to new resellers and retailer who want to test the market out without committing 100% of your capital. Of course, if you want to go head on with large sellers, you have to act like one.

Dropshipper Network do have their wholesale website catering for wholesale buyers at www.online-wholesaler.com. Please take note that actual wholesale only starts from at least 100 units per model with minimum order of at least US$10,000

NO QUESTIONS ASK MONEY BACK REFUND

You must meet these few terms before asking for refund:

1. Must be within 36 hours.
2. Does not apply to members who has seek supports services such as phone call, emails and online support.
3. Customers who has sign up with Combo membership such as US Bank Account Info will only get a partial refund after deducting US$14.99.
4. Refund of Amount does not include Refund fee, transactions and bank fees, and exchange losses chared by the Banks and Payment Gateway provider for authentication of your transactions.

Process of requesting a refund:

1. Login to the system --> Sign In
2. After you have login, You will see in “Your Cart” --> Delete Profile.
3. Then send an email to reseller@dropshippernetwork.com about the cancellation. Refund is subjects to the conditions stated above and you have agreed to it. Please state the Transaction ID of Paymate or Paypal.

14 DAYS REFUND POLICY

1. Between 36 hours and 14 days after sign up.
2. Does not apply to members who has seek supports services such as phone call, emails and online support.
3. Customers who has sign up with Combo membership such as US Bank Account Info will only get a partial refund after deducting US$14.99.
4. Refund will be given back on credit amount to your account. Reseller can use this credit anytime they want by placing an order with us on an item with wholesale price. Resellers will only need to pay the balance of the total and use up the credit balance.
