Delay, Lost or Damaged Goods
All goods we stock are inspected on receipt from our suppliers and again before we ship to you. Our company packs all the shipment with padded boxes or envelope to ensure that are not damage with shipment. It is very unusual for goods to be damaged in shipment, but if it should happen, this is what to do: If you receive damaged goods from express shippers, advise Dropshipper Network by email and we will make arrangements for the express shippers to inspect the goods and then return them to us. Please do not return damaged goods to us without contacting us first or you will invalidate the insurance. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM TO US. ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN PERFECT CONDITION. YOU MUST MAKE A CLAIM WITH EXPRESS SHIPPERS ON SHIPPING INSURANCE BEFORE A PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED.
If it is confirmed the compensation is valid to be make. The compensation value is always refer to the value declared on the invoice.
After we receive damaged goods back here, we will ship a replacement - of the same item - to you at no cost. If you prefer immediate replacement, we will do that, subject to stock and will charge for what we ship. You will receive a refund from us after we receive the original goods back.
If you receive damaged goods from the Post Office please report it to them. And email us.
Dropshipper Network does not take responsibilty for the delay or Lost goods by shippers or any customs seizures/confiscation. If this happen, please advise Dropshipper Network via email, we wil try to contact the shipper or the custom to solve out the issue. Again, YOU MUST MAKE A CLAIM WITH EXPRESS SHIPPERS and EMAIL US.
Dropshipper Network reserves all the rights of making the final desicion on compensation.
