Reseller are advice to avoid using intermediary bank are when the local currency of the sender (AU$) and receiver (HK$) country are not using the currency transacted (US$) eg. If a reseller from Australian (AU$) want to wire transfer for US$5,000 (US$) to (HK$). The funds will normally reach an intermediary banks in USA before coming to Hong Kong. This will take longer time to reach and cost an extra US$40 for the intermediary bank charge.

To make thing simple and cut out the intermediary bank.

STEP 1 : Calculate the equivalent amount in local currency. (Currency converter website) Please do not send the exact amount as there will be bank charges deducted which means the amount we received will be less than your order amount, therefore, please send extra US$20 as bank charges to minimise delay when processing your orders.
STEP 2 : Wire transfer the amount in your local currency to Hong Kong. Please send us an email with the wire transfer receipt when you have wired the payment so that we could keep track of it.
STEP 3 : Your money will be converted to US$ when the amount arrive. It will be the equivalent amount as you do the calculation.

Note: For faster wire transfer clearance, we would advise you to wire transfer funds from HSBC or any HSBC related Banks to our Hang Seng Bank Account in Hong Kong or HSBC Bank account in Malaysia. The wire transfer will take 1-2 days to clear if you use HSBC network bank, for eg, you can use HSBC or First Direct in UK to send to our bank in Hong Kong. For non HSBC banks, it may take up to 3-5 working days for the wire transfer to be cleared
