Before you get started, please proceed to read the reseller user manual in detailed so that you understand how our dropship program works. To simply the process, you can go the user manual in the following sequece:
- Ordering - how to place order?
- Payment - How to make payment?
- Shipping - How and when the orders will be shipped?
- Warranty - Does all products come with warranty?
- Taxes - Does the reseller need to pay for import duty / taxes?
Before you send any inquiries to us, please do some reading on the FAQ as these should be sufficient to answer most questions you have.
Dropship Process
The order process for dropshipping is as below:
- Login to your account using your registered user name and password
- Select the products and additional accessories
- Complete your customer shipping info (in the shipping details section) to obtain shipping rates
- Select additional options such as warranty, shipping & tax insurance
- Once completed, click Submit Order and proceed to make payment to us using one of the payment method acceptable by us. Pls send us the payment receipt or any proof of payment for our tracing purposes
- Once payment is received, we will ship your order to your customer directly via local express courier or fedex within 1-2 days (refer to Dropship Delivery Time for more info).
- We will update the order as “Processed” when it is shipped together with the tracking no, you shall receive an email notification on the order status and tracking no. Alternatively, you can login to check the order status & tracking online.
- Finally, you can print Invoice from your account online for your safe-keeping. Please monitor the shipment on your end and report to us if there is any problem with the shipment.
