Order Status
Please note that our ordering system is fully automatic, please read through on the meaning of each order status in order to better understand our online ordering system:
- Queued - The order will automatically appears as “Queued” when you have placed your order online. Your order will not be processed if we did not receive your payment.
- Processed - Once payment has been received, we will process your order within 1-3 days (depending on stocks availability). Once it is processed, we will update your order as processed with tracking number. To track your shipment, please click here.
- Awaiting Stocks - If the stocks are suddenly unavailable when your payment arrived, we will change the order status to “Awaiting stock” which means it will be processed until stock has arrived. This may take 2-4 days depends on the next arrival of stock.
- Declined - We will decline your order if payment not received within 1 week, or if you have requested the order to be cancelled due to mistake or error.
- Not Finished / Failed- The order will appear as not finished/failed if you did not complete the checkout or the payment process. If you have made payment via moneybookers and payment has been debited from your account but it is still appeared as unfinished, we will still process your order.
- Complete - Our order dept will change the status to complete once your shipment has arrived.
