Please take note of these terms and conditions when placing an order.
- Stock availability is subject to changes without prior notice. Hence, we reserve the right to reject and refuse orders that we cannot fulfill due to shortage or unavailability of stock.
- Standard order process time is 2-3 days for products that does not have any specific colors request or language preference. If you have included special request for color options or english keypad, it may take up to 5 days for your orders to be processed as sometimes the requested specs are not available which means we will need to take some times to source the products for you. Therefore, it would be best to not to include any specification if you wish to process the order as promptly as possible.
- Product Specs: If resellers place orders with us without specifying the color of the phones, we will normally ship out based on the current available color (which may sometimes be different from the color displayed in our product images).
- Products with Logo: Certain mobile phones models may come with operator logo from time to time due to various source of supply from our shipping centers. Therefore, if at the time of your order, the products come with operator logo, we will proceed to ship the order without further notification. You can however stated in the order note that no operator logo is accepted so that our order dept will take note of this and advise you accordingly. Pls take note of the prolonged order processing time for those special request. Otherwise, we shall assume that all orders will be processed as usual.
- Our Cut off Time for processing your orders is 12 noon our time (GMT+8). In other words, if we received your payment before 12 noon our time, we will process your order within the same day but for payment received after 12 noon will be deemed as next day orders. The same rules apply for orders with special request.
- Changes in prices are also subject to change without prior notice due to market price and stock volatility. Nevertheless, under normal circumstances, we will use the prices as displayed on our website to fulfill all orders unless and except for circumstances totally beyond our control.
- Order Process: Fulfilling your orders may take up to 3 working days before a tracking number is made available to you. Normally, we ship out your orders within 1 to 2 working days upon payment received. (Working days: Monday to Friday). If we are not able to ship your order after 3 days due to stock shortage issue, we will advise you by email on the replacement model after the 3 days period as we are trying to get the stocks from all sources we can.
- Kindly be informed that we will only ship out your orders once the payment has been settled.
Once you have placed your order via our online store, you can view the order status online using your user login. For your ease of understanding, please refer to the following for the definition of each order status:
Pending Verification – Payment received and yet to send for processing due to pending verification documents to be received by Dropshippernetwork. (Require Moneybookers authorization form – when you send us payment via moneybookers credit card)
Queued – Order placed by reseller, however, we have yet to receive any payment for this order
Processed – Payment received – Payment received and order has been sent for processing, please note that order processing may take 2-3 working days depending on availability of stocks
Backordered – The ordered item is out of stock which required to place back to back orders with supplier, please note that order processing for back orders may take 2-5 working days depending on availability of stocks
Declined / cancelled – Order cancelled and declined as requested by reseller.
Failed – Order failed due to transaction has been declined by moneybookers in view of timing issues or other security issues.
Complete – Shipped – Order has been shipped and tracking provided.
Product Pricing
While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update this web site as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this web site.
All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either cancelling the order or to continue with the order at the corrected price.
Cancellation of Order / Returns
All goods sold are non-refundable! In the event that you need to cancel or return the products, please inform us as soon as possible for cancellation of order, please refer to the following scenarios for order cancellation:
- No additional fees will be charged for cancellation of order that has not been processed (excluding high end model above US$500).
- We will charge a re-stocking fee of US$25 or 10% of the product value (whichever is higher) for orders that has been ordered but not shipped
- We will charge a re-stocking fee of US$25 or 20% of the product value (whichever is higher) plus all shipping expenses for orders that has been processed and shipped but not opened by the recipient.
- For product that has been used by the customer, we do not entertain any returned products unless the product is still brand new and in sellable condition, the re-stocking fee will start from US$25 or 30% of the product value (whichever is higher) and subject to the condition of the phone. This is non guarantee re-stocking value subject to the resale of the product.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 14 days of receipt of returned goods subject to the condition of the item being received in good and resaleable condition. Please note that orders will only be considered cancelled once you have received confirmation from us, by email, that this has been done.
Note: Please note that all watches sold are not refundable regardless of any reasons as we do not keep stocks for watches since these are specially ordered from our supplier when orders are placed. Therefore, the above return policies do not apply for watch order.
