1. Wire Transfer (Cost - $20-$100 depending on the sending bank) – This is the most common option used and it is normally used for large amount of transfer for wholesale orders. You will be contacted to make wire transfer to our destination bank when placing a wholesale order. It normally takes about 1 to 3 working days for wire transfers to reach us (the timing of when we will receive your wire transfer totally depends on your sending / intermediary bank and sometimes take up to 10 days). For faster wire transfer clearance, we would advise you to wire transfer funds from HSBC or any HSBC related Banks to our Hang Seng Bank Account in Hong Kong or HSBC Bank account in Malaysia. The wire transfer will take 1-2 days to clear if you use HSBC network bank, for eg, you can use HSBC or First Direct in UK to send to our bank in Hong Kong. For non HSBC banks, it may take up to 3-5 working days for the wire transfer to be cleared, pls read the this Details transfers instruction - To Avoid Losses on Exchange Rates!!!!.
2. Bank Draft / Cashier Check (Cost - depends on your bank but most of the time, it is free) - Payment by cashier check will need to be cleared prior to shipment. Clearance time could take a week or more depending on the draft/check issuers. It only available to selected countries as in the table above.
3. Bank Transfer (Cost – depends on your bank but most of the time, it is free) This option is available for customers located in Australia, Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. This payment method offers cheapest and fastest mode of transfer to our designated bank account as below: (Please include the order # as payment reference when making payment through any local bank transfer. Please do email/contact us when you have made any payment through Local Bank Transfer to our Malaysia or Singapore bank account so that we could trace your payment). For those resellers from Malaysia who are using maybank2u.com to transfer payment to our HSBC bank account, you will be require to fill in our company registration number, our company No is 653120 A.

4. Credit Card Payment via Moneybookers (Cost - 2.5%) You can pay for your orders using Visa, Master, Diners and Amex through moneybookers for orders placed on Dropshippernetwork.com, however, please take note of the terms and conditions as set forth below:
1. There will be a 2.5% transaction fee of the total order value imposed by Moneybookers when placing orders. This amount will appeared as handling fee in your invoice.
2. We would require you to sign a Moneybookers Authorisation Form as a form of assurance that you will honor the credit card payment and discharge us from any liability in the event of lost shipment as well as other unforeseen circumstances. In addition, we will request some form of ID proof or credit card statement copy for our reference. These documents will be requested on one off basis only
3. If you do not have a verified moneybookers account, it will take a few days for moneybookers to verify your account, please revert to moneybookers on all info requested so that it will not delayed your payment to be cleared on our side.
4. We will only process your orders once we have received your approved payment from moneybookers as well as the Moneybookers Authorisation Form as requested (Moneybookers Authorisation Form is for your first transaction only).
5. For premier resellers, we would advise you to maintain some security deposits with us so that we can process your orders without any delay. How do you determine the deposit amount? If you are expecting to process USD2000 worth of orders per day, you should maintain USD2000 with us as security deposit so that we could process the orders without any delay.
If you wish to place order using credit cards, please select the credit card options payment method (offered via moneybookers)Â when placing orders in our website. You will be routed to the moneybookers secured checkout area which you can then insert your relevant credit card info to finalise the orders.Â
5. Moneybookers (Cost - 2.5%) – In view of the integration of credit card payment method via moneybookers, we wish to highlight that for all payment made via moneybookers are required to submit the Moneybookers Authorisation Form as attached in the item 4 above regardless of whether the payment was made through your moneybookers account or credit card through moneybookers. This is a security measures to ensure the resellers will honour all payment made via moneybookers.
Please note that you only need to fill up the form once, which we will not request a second form once you have sent us the proper form with supporting documents. If you foresee that you will be using moneybookers or credit card as mode of payment, pls submit the form before placing orders, this will expedite processing of your orders without further delay.
6. Credit Card Payment via HSBC Global Payment (Cost - 3%) NEW!
You can pay for your orders using Visa, Master through HSBC Global Payment for orders placed on Dropshippernetwork.com, however, please take note of the terms and conditions as set forth below:
1. There will be a 3% transaction fee of the total order value imposed by HSBC payment gateway when placing orders. This amount will appeared as handling fee in your invoice.
2. We would require you to sign a Credit Card Authorisation Form as a form of assurance that you will honor the credit card payment and discharge us from any liability in the event of lost shipment as well as other unforeseen circumstances. In addition, we will request some form of ID proof or credit card statement copy for our reference. These documents will be requested on one off basis only.
3. The credit card amount will be charged in USD and will be converted to your local currency depending on the prevailing exchange rate.
4. We will only process your orders once we have received your approved payment from HSBC as well as the Credit Card Authorisation Form as requested (Credit Card Authorisation Form is for your first transaction only).
5. Please note that this credit card payment method is a manual process which does not link to Dropshippernetwork checkout page, thus, when you have entered the respective orders in Dropshippernetwork (Please remember to select Credit card payment via HSBC in payment method), you need to go to the url as stated in item 6 below to complete your payment.
6. The amount for credit card payment is available in 3 lump sum only, you can only pay for either one of USD500, USD1000 or USD1500 for each credit card payment (Pls note that the amount you paid will be added the extra 3% payment surcharge based on the above figures) . Please ensure you are selecting the credit card value higher than your order value so that it is sufficient to cover for your current orders.
