Our company will test all products to ensure that they are not defective. Then we pack them with bubble padded material and pack them in to boxes or envelopes provided by respective courier providers.

Shipping cost may vary according to the different shipping centers (HK, SG and MY) that we ship out your orders from.

Although very rare, we have encountered shipments of products is lost in transit before reaching the recipient. Please take note that resellers and buyers are responsible for the risk of lost shipment.

To ensure that your shipment is fully insured, kindly consider our shipping insurance when placing order which is outlined in our insurance section.

If you or your customers received a defective product on arrival. We call this Dead on Arrival Warranty (DOA). Our company will be happy to exchange a new product immediately.
