Dropshipper Network runs a wide network of sourcing products in Asia region and operate dropship business mainly from Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. There are a lot of large suppliers that sells their products to Dropshipper Network. Generally there are warranty for all products that we supplies.
Warranty are normally divided into a few types:
7 Days Warranty - normally stocks coming out from Hong Kong have 7 Days warranty. This is include the 48 hours DOA report time and the DOA item to be returned back to Dropshipper Network within 7 days.
12 Months Warranty - normally stocking coming out from Malaysia have 12 Months send back warranty.
12 Months International Warranty - Normally watches and some camera from Malaysia comes with 12 Months International Warranty. It means that customers can bring in to any local service centre in their local country for warranty claims and servicing.

The limited warranty covers the following faults described below.

DOA –Dead on Arrival implies that the product either cannot be turned on or be ready in use after taking out from the box. Buyer must report this situation to the seller within 48 hours upon the item is delivered. If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 48 hours after the good is received, DOA returned policy would not be granted to the buyer. No further exception will be considered about the time issue. The 48 hours period starts at the item shows “delivered” from the courier service’s tracking system. Replacement will be made on “DOA” item. In the event that a replacement cannot be made due to product availability or any other reasons, Dropshipper Network will repair the product for the buyer. A repair order may take up to 30 business days starting from the day when Dropshipper Network received the defective unit. The seller, Dropshipper Network has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.
NOTE: We will not be able to replace any DOA phone if the protective material on the screen and keypad has been removed or if there is any scratch or damage on the phone. The phone will be sent for repair under normal warranty claim procedure if the DOA claim is disapproved.
Each product is undertaking by seven-day limited warranty repair coverage. Intermittent issues on the product will not be covered under our limited warranty policy. The fault that described by the buyer MUST not be an intermittent problem; it must be a permanent fault that can be easily identified on every usage or access on that feature. The seller, Dropshipper Network has the right to make the final decision on whether the issue pointed out is considered permanent defects or not. The seller, Dropshipper Network has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.
Neither network dependent features nor firmware related issues will be covered by our limited warranty repair coverage, regardless the problem is permanent or not. Please refer to our product compatibility section regarding on the description of network dependent features. The seller, Dropshipper Network has the right to determine whether the issue pointed out by the buyers is considered a network dependent feature or not. The seller, Dropshipper Network has the right to make the final decision on whether a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.
Under any circumstances, the seller, Dropshipper Network reserves the final rights to approve any DOA replacement or a warranty coverage repair. The seller, Dropshipper Network also has the right to make the final decision on whether the issue pointed out by the buyer is consider a defect or not. In the event that a replacement or repair is not granted to the buyer, the buyer will have to find their own repair source and is responsible for all the related cost and expenses.
The repair process by Dropshipper Network might take up to 30 business days upon received of the product from the buyer.
Once the item has been repaired and still have the same problem within 1 month period, the reseller must report this situation to Dropshippernetwork immediately and have the products returned to us within 1 month upon delivery of the warranty claimed product. Upon confirmation from Dropshippernetwork, reseller need to ship back the faulty product to us for inspection at their own cost, however, further repair charges will be borne by Dropshippernetwork if it is confirmed by our technician that the problem is related with the earlier repair. Kindly note that there will be charges incurred to be borne by reseller if it is reported after one month of the warranty claim or if there is any other defect out of the warranty terms.
Warranty Claim Procedure
There are always times that a warranty claim and repair service arises. It is important to inform all resellers on the procedure of sending back the item.
It is important return to products to us correct procedure.
Any returning of products to us without properly declare creation of RMA. Customers will bear all cost and we will refuse the return of package due to improper procedure.
When an electronic item is sent back to us via airmail, the item will be stopped in the custom warehouse in Malaysia. It is 150 KM away from our office. Therefore it cost some US$25 for someone to drive all the way to the custom to pick up the returned shipment.
All mobile phones / electronics imported to Malaysia or Singapore may be subjected to import duty:
Singapore - 5%
Malaysia - 10%
In addition to import duty, there are Custom clearing fee of:
Malaysia - US$25.00
Singapore - US$20.00
Agent clearing fee:
Malaysia - US$25.00 - as the custom is 150 KM away, it takes someone to drive 4 hours to pick up the shipment from the custom office in the airport.
This amount may come to as high as US$60-100 for a mobile phone that cost US$250.00
There is also a high chances that this clearance and delay may take up 1-2 months before your phone is returned to you.
The correct procedure of returning a phone for warranty claim and repair is stated clearly here:
All returned product is subject to the approval by the seller. Returned items without an approval RMA ( Return Material Authorization) number from the seller will not be processed. Any shipping and handling expenses result on those returns without approval will be responsible by the buyer.
1. Fill Up the warranty Claim Form. To make sure that you are qualify for a warranty claim.
2. Upon receipt of your completed warranty claim form, our support team will create a RMA and get an approval of your RMA. We can provide you with door to door pick up service if you wish to use our Fedex account to ship back the product which startsÂ from USD25 onwards depending on your location, our support team will advise you of the shipping cost involved, kindly arrange payment for the shipping cost if you wish to use our fedex account to ship back.
3. Upon receipt of the shipping cost for the RMA, our company will create all documents needed with an airway bill from Fedex for you to print it out. You will need to pack the faulty product and call up Fedex for pick up. Kindly note that if you ship back via registered airmail, it will take more than 1 week to reach us thus delayed the warranty claim process, we would normally advise our reseller to use our fedex account in order to expedite the warranty claim process.
4. The defected products will reach us within 3 working days as Fedex is our official agent for clearing the products with a RMA.
5. The product will be returned to the manufacturer for repair / service / exchange under their respective warranty policy. It will take about 2 - 4 weeks to resolve this service.
6. Once the item is returned back to us from our supplier, we will check the product and ship it back.
Kindly note that all resellers will have to bear for the shipping cost of all RMA except for DOA warranty. If your warranty does not qualify as DOA warranty, reseller will bear the shipping cost for both ways of shipment, as for DOA warranty, we will bear both the shipping cost of the DOA warranty claim.
All returned product are subject to the approval by the Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network). Returned items without an approval RMA ( Return Material Authorization) number from Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network) will not be processed. Any shipping and handling expenses result on those returns without approval will be responsible by the buyer. Otherwise we will not ship back the product. If the payment of service is not paid within a month, Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network) has all the rights to dispose of the product to salvage the cost incurred to service the product.
Upon receiving the potential defective item from the buyer, the Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network) will examine and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer. Unless the Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network) can reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, otherwise the return will not be accepted. All return shipment from Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network) will be via airmail shipping method or the equivalent subject to be determined by Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network).
In the event of returning the product, buyer is fully responsible for the product’s safety return to us. Item must be received within 7 days after the issue of RMA. The return merchandize should include the RMA number that was issued by the seller, Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network), item number, full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return. All accessories and manual must also be included inside the package as it was originally received by the buyer. Return merchandize should be double boxed and well packed. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted. Any unidentified return which is aged over 14 days, Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network) will have the right to dispose such item without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on those unidentified return once it has been disposed. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The standard replacement shipping by Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network) will be Fedex shipping or the equivalent subject to be determined by us.
Seller’s Liability :
Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network) will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by the product sold. For safety handling and operation on the product, please consult instruction manual comes along or contact manufacture directly. Any recall on product by manufacture will not be handled through Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network). Buyers should contact the manufacturer directly for any related questions or inquiries.
Liquifunds Pte. Ltd. (Dropshipper Network) do not have any obligations in providing any technical support on the product sold via www.dropshippernetwork.com. Please contact the manufacturer or your service provider directly for technical and product assistance.
