DOA Warranty–Dead on Arrival implies that the product either cannot be turned on or be ready in use after taking out from the box. Buyer must report this situation to the seller within 48 hours upon the item is delivered. If the item is not tested or examined by the buyer within the first 48 hours after the good is received, DOA returned policy would not be granted to the buyer. No further exception will be considered about the time issue. The 48 hours period starts at the item shows “delivered” from the courier service’s tracking system. Replacement will be made on “DOA” item. In the event that a replacement cannot be made due to product availability or any other reasons, Dropshipper Network will repair the product for the buyer. A repair order may take up to 30 business days starting from the day when Dropshipper Network received the defective unit. Asia Region Warranty - For Kodak Camera from Malaysia comes with 12 months Asia Region Warranty. This covers asian countries and also Australia and New Zealand.
Nikon Malaysia Warranty - For Nikon Camera from Malaysia comes with 12 months warranty. This means the item must be returned back to us in Malaysia and we will assist by forwarding to Nikon Malaysia for warranty repairs.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping is normally carried out by reputable courier service providers such as Fedex and EMS. All courier services are trackable online.
NOTE: If there is an Out of Delivery Area (ODA) charge imposed by Fedex even though you specify Fedex as your shipping option, we will automatically ship using EMS.
SHIPPING INSURANCE

Although rare, there are times when our stock are EX-VODAFONE of EX-T MOBILE, etc, but please be assured that these phones are still sim-free. In additions, sometimes the mobile phones may come with Asian characters which is a norm due to the various sources of supply, therefore if you only need a pure english keypad, please indicate your requirement under the order note or else we shall assume it is ok to send the phones with other characters. We do not guarantee that a full english keypad will be sent but we will try our best to fulfil your requirement.
